I work with adults, adolescents, children, and parents in therapy.  My goal is for all of my clients to feel supported, and to be given a space to grow, introspect, and to work safely through difficult issues.  I am trained and experienced in helping clients to work through: anxiety, depression, relationship problems, emotion dysregulation, OCD, boundary setting, perfectionism, parenting issues, traumatic events, low self-confidence, and general self-improvement.  While I enjoy working with individuals of all walks of life, my area of specialty is with adolescents, and young adults.
